Our Shipping orders within India will take minimum of 1 day to maximum 7 working days and international orders can take minimum of 4 and maximum of 10 working days unless there are delays due to unforeseen conditions including but not limited to difficult weather conditions, strikes, civil commotions, war etc.
Our liability in connection with this shipment is limited to thevalue of the order only, provided you document your actual loss in a timely manner and bring the same to our notice within 10 days of the date of order shipped. The declared value does not constitute, nor do we provide, cargo liability insurance.
In any event, we will not be liable for any damage, whether direct, incidental, special, or consequential in excess of the declared value of a shipment, whether or not we had knowledge that such damages might be incurred including but not limited to loss of income or profits.
We wont be liable:
For your acts or omissions, including but not limited to improper or insufficient packing, securing, marking, or addressing, or those of the recipient or anyone else with an interest in the package.
If you or the recipient violates any of the terms of our Agreement.
For loss or damage to shipments dangerous and/or of prohibited items.
For loss, damage, or delay caused by events we cannot control, including but not limited to acts of God, perils of the air, weather conditions, acts of public enemies, war, strikes, civil commotions, or acts of public authorities with actual or apparent authority.
For delay for shipments held in customs and for flight delays due to bad weather and airline scheduling.

Hi!!! This diwali I had send Diwali Hamper from Chanderkar Sweets to OMAN for my uncle. As he celebrates Diwali with group of friends and their families. He was very happy to receive this hamper as it had traditional Maharashtrian diwali sweets. After so many years he was feeling like he is celebrating diwali in Mumbai. I spoke to Mr. Rajan of Chanderkar Sweets on 21-Oct-2013 & can say it was almost on the 12th hour of upcoming Diwali 2013.Though he must be busy with other orders, he personally provided me all information required for finalising mine. It was so crispy clear that I could take immediate decision & instead of one, ordered for two hampers. (Order Ref. 502158269 Hope items are also equally crispy & yummy :-) ).
